What if I missed my appointment?
Due to Ms Ivy’s tight schedule, you will need to inform her within 24 hours if possible, otherwise you will be rescheduled into her earliest slot available, and this is all on a first come first serve basis. We recommend that you try to keep to your appointed date and time.
When can I start seeing changes after treatment?
Everyone is different, but many clients report feeling more refreshed and energized after the first few sessions. Consistency is key for best results.
What if the treatment causes more harm than good?
None of Ms Ivy’s consultation and treatment for batin massage treatment is dangerous or performed without consent. No client to date on record has ever complained of leaving with their good damage or performing less satisfactory than anticipated.
What if I want a refund?
All booking and commitment fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your appointment slots with us, as all of these funds go into the people who assist and help Ms Ivy to run her appointments, plan the venues, and provide the online platform to showcase the treatments she does. There are very rare occasions or extenuating circumstances where a client is entitled to request a refund which will require the collective consent from Ms Ivy’s team & management.
